Here are just a few of our fan-favorite cocktail recipes crafted by our in-house Mixologists.
Huckleberry Margarita

1.5 oz Honey Spirits
-
1 oz Lemon Juice
-
1 oz Lime Juice
-
1 oz Huckleberry Syrup
-
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions: Stir in a mixing glass with cubed ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a king cube and garnish with a lime wheel.
Optional - add salt rim by wetting the rim of the glass and placing it upside down on a thin layer of salt then slowly twisting.
Huckleberry Mule

1.5 oz Barrel Finished Honey Spirits

1/2 oz Huckleberry Syrup
-
Ginger Beer

Directions: Add Honey Spirits and lime juice to a mule cup with cubed ice, stir and top with ginger beer.
​
Garnish with a lime slice and mint.
Mountain Reserve Highball

Barrel Reserve Honey Spirits
-
Orange Bitters
-
Club Soda
​
Directions: Add Honey Spirits and bitters to a highball glass over ice. Top with club soda and stir gently.
​
Garnish with a lemon peel.
Up North Sangria

1 oz Apple Brandy
-
1 oz Big Kid Cider
-
1 oz Red Wine
-
Sliced Fruit/Berries
-
Club Soda

Directions: In a large wine glass, add Brandy, Big Kid Cider and sliced seasonal fruit or berries, stir with cubed ice, top with club soda.
​
Garnish with extra fruit.
Idaho Buck

2 oz Barrel Finished Honey Spirits
-
1/2 oz Strawberry Jam
-
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
-
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
-
Ginger Ale

Directions: Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a mixing glass with cubed ice, stir well and strain into a tall glass over fresh cubed ice. Top with ginger beer.
​
Garnish with a lemon peel or sliced strawberries.
Pine Old Fashioned

2 oz North Idaho Single Malt Whiskey
-
1/2 oz Up North Pine Liqueur
-
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
​
Directions: In a mixing glass add whiskey, pine liqueur, bitters and cubed ice, stir well and strain into a rocks glass over a king cube.
​
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an orange peel.
